Since 1975, WNY APTS ONLINE has owned and operated communities in the Western New York area from Buffalo, to South Buffalo, Cheektowaga and all of Amherst.  Starting with one modest complex, the company now operates a portfolio of 11 properties with over 375 total apartments.  We have a Professional Management Staff to assist our tenants from move-in to move-out.
